Whenever I think about the mission of LatinaBoss, the message has always been clear. Redefine the perception of Latinas and creating an environment where they are celebrated for their leadership and accomplishments.
It doesn't mean I want to only feature celebrities and whatnot. I want to feature every day Latina's that are out there busting their butts for themselves, their families, their community.
Whether you work as a manager at a fast food restaurant, you take care of your family at home or in a Fortune 500 C-suite role, I want to help tell your story. Collectively we have so much to share and learn from one another.
